Born with Down syndrome, though she’ll rightly tell you it’s the least interesting thing about her, Madison has spent her life dismantling outdated stereotypes and proving what’s possible when we challenge limiting beliefs. From a young age, she has shown the world that disability is never a barrier to ambition, talent, or impact. Her career is a testament to the power of representation, courage, and refusing to be underestimated.
Madison’s breakout viral ad campaign, “Assume That I Can,” became a global phenomenon and went on to win 7 Cannes Lions (including 1 Gold), a 2025 Grand Clio Award, the United Nations SDG Action Award, and a Webby Award – People’s Voice. The campaign solidified her as a cultural force and a fearless voice reshaping how society views disability.
Her on-screen credits include the television series Mr. D, hosting her own talk show Who Do You Think I Am, and a standout role in the feature film Champions alongside Woody Harrelson. She later made history as the first person with Down syndrome to be nominated for Best Host in a Talk Show or Entertainment News category at the Canadian Screen Awards—where she also hosted the red carpet.
Madison continues to expand her storytelling impact as the host of her newest project, 21 Questions, a podcast where she brings her signature honesty, humour, and curiosity to conversations that challenge assumptions, explore identity, and celebrate what makes each of us unique.
Off-screen, Madison’s influence continues to soar. With over 700,000 followers across her platforms, her videos reach millions, and her core audience cite her as a source of confidence, joy, and authenticity. She’s walked runways at New York Fashion Week, spoken at major global events including the Clinton Global Initiative, SXSW, and The Hollywood Reporter Women in Entertainment, and hosted red carpets for organizations such as Hilarity for Charity and the Canadian Screen Awards.
A dedicated advocate, Madison is an active member of Best Buddies International and a proud recipient of the 2023 Quincy Jones Exceptional Advocacy Award, one of the world’s most prestigious honors in the disability community. She continues to use her platform to champion accessibility, visibility, and belonging.
